The service allows users connected to the public intenet to gain secure, authenticated access to NHSnetwork.
The service is exclusive to the method of connection to the Internet.
In some remote locations Broadband Internet is not available.
For these people the options are varied:
- Mobile Broadband
- Satellite Broadband, 512Kbps download with 128Kbps upload
- Fixed cost connection to an Intenet Service Provider. PSTN or ISDN can be used.
